You really don’t want to miss the premier Pizza Forum on Tuesday 5/28/19.  

Spend some time with the experts assembled and see how the five different technologies for baking pizza stack up against each other: Bakers Pride, Blodgett/Marsal, Doyon/NuVu, Middleby Marshall and TurboChef.

From our three mixer companies – Globe, Varimixer and Doyon, gain further understanding of the major differences between planetary and spiral mixer function, and especially on finished product output.

Major food vendors: Grande Cheese, Caputo Flour, Corto Olives & Olive Oil, Stanislaus Tomatoes, Fontanini Meats, Peppadew and even David’s Cookies will be featured in tastings and pizza production. 

PMQ Magazine and Total Foodservice will be on hand for press coverage. 

Admission is free, there will be give-aways and surprises, seminars and demonstrations, and lot’s of different styles of pizza to sample?

Doors open at 11 AM and we go until 5PM stop by anytime in between and have a slice or two on us!
