Well, you probably heard that we’re just back from the SIGEP Gelato, and the A.B. TECH EXPO Bakery shows in Europe; and you might be joining us at the NAFEM show in Orlando next week. How about the IRFSNY show at Javits also next month?
Clearly it is show time again! To get the most out of these events, a little planning (and a lot of execution) is called for.

- Build in down-time; hydrate

Hatco University school still has openings in August, September & October, but are filling up fast! The July 12 – 15, 2017 school is full and closed out.
