Chef Nick at Middlesex County Magnet Schools’ Culinary Arts

Chef Nick recently visited the Middlesex County Magnet Schools’ Culinary Arts program to work with the students on making pizza dough. Using a classic recipe, he was able to show students five different types of crust. This lesson was brought to life with the dough being used later for the ACF Jersey Shore Chefs Association meeting, with over 35 chefs from the state making and eating their own pizzas. Students were able to attend, too!
