Get into Spooky Season with Pecinka Ferri

At Pecinka Ferri we are proud to expand our foodservice industry events schedule. With the Annual Pizza Forum in the spring, we needed a counterpart to balance out the fall. Nothing is more perfect match for the season than the Ghost Kitchen Forum: Witch’s BrewFest.

The inaugural Witch’s BrewFest is featured in the October 2022 issue of Total Food Service Magazine noting “Pecinka Ferri’s goal for their programming has been to help the food­service professional utilize technology to get the most out of their labor force. Highlighting this year’s Pecinka Ferri special event slate are sessions focused on electric and ventless cooking.” It feels good being recognized for solving new and ongoing problems in the industry. Our inaugural Witch’s BrewFest will be held at our Culinary Center in Fairfield, NJ on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 from 11:00AM to 4:00PM. From there we will head down the street to Cricket Hill Brewery for the after party from 4:00PM – 6:00PM – costumes are strongly encouraged!
