Doors open at 10:30AM and we will kick it off right at precisely 11:00AM, at the buzzer of the Pecinka Ferri Pizza Clock Countdown!
Chef John Arena’s “Dough Clinics” are a don’t miss event. Make sure you plan to attend one at either 11:30AM or 2:00PM. Following the “Dough Clinics”, there will be olive oil, cheese, and wine seminars. We designed the Pizza Forum so you will leave educated and prepared to execute a next level pizzeria experience, from laying out your kitchen with the right equipment to pairing the right wine for your charcuterie plate.
Throughout the day, vendors will have their info tables open to answer questions and the Pecinka Ferri chefs will be using the culinary center to perform live-cooking demos of pizza styles from traditional to cutting edge.
Remember to register for the raffle at the start of the day, and stay till the closing comments to find out if you won many of the exciting prizes, including pizza peels and even an OONI home pizza oven, so you can make the great pies you see at the forum in the comfort of your own home!
