Pecinka Ferri Associates is extremely pleased to announce the addition of Nicholas Mercogliano, CEC to our sales staff in the position of Corporate Chef.
Chef Nick is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park and La Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Scottsdale, Az., where he earned degrees in Culinary Arts and Culinary Management. Chef Nick comes to us from Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital where he served as Sous Chef.
An active board member of the American Culinary Federation, Nick has earned his Certified Culinarian designation along with Certified Chef De Cuisine. Chef Nick has been recognized as the ACF Member of the Year in 2012, AHF Future Horizon Award recipient 2014 and is currently the ACF Jersey Shore Chapter President and National Board member.
A ServSafe Certified teacher and instructor, Chef Nick will be responsible for sales and marketing, product solution applications, demonstrations and training of our ever increasing specialty products offerings, along with managing and maintaining Pecinka Ferriâ€™s test kitchen/ demo center.
We are extremely excited to bring Chef Nickâ€™s energy and experience to our sales team.
