Server Products has asked for our cooperation in placing purchase orders.  These same guidelines are a great template for best practices for all of our factories:

  1. Supply complete ship-to and bill-to information; including contact name, address, phone number, and email.
  2. Please provide method of shipment (UPS/FedEx etc..), Collect, 3rd party, and corresponding account number. Please also state if the shipment needs to be insured.
  3. Server Products’ part number must be on the PO, and if possible, include an accurate description of the item. Also list the corresponding quantity of each item.
  4. Clearly state purchase order date of issue, any expected delivery date, and mark for details.
